Meet Bartola! “Bonus” Bartola arrived on Dogtimus Prime in early December. We didn’t know she was on the bus so it was a fun surprise! We are so happy she made it because she is such a sweetheart. Her foster says she is a cuddle bug with a heart of gold. She is great with most dogs but she doesn’t love other pets who are confrontational so she’d like her new bestie to be calmer and easygoing. As cuddly as she is, she’s also an escape artist! She is quite the jumper and baby gates are nothing to her. However, she is great on a leash and in a fenced in yard. Apply for Bartola today!

Wags and Wings Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

We offer an adoption process that provides a seamless transition for both the adopter and the dog. A meet-and-greet with other house-hold pets is required to assure that all animals will be comfortable with each other. After your application is approved, your references are supportive, and the meet-and-greet is successful, the dog will stay with you for a trial period which varies depending on the dog. Every dog will need time to adjust to a new environment so we ask that you are patient with your new family member.
