Meet Bartok <br/><br/>Bartok is an 8–10 month old Akita mix with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. This handsome young guy was found as a stray after learning how to make his own adventures — turns out, he had been living in an empty trailer while his family stayed elsewhere. With all that curiosity and youthful energy, it’s no surprise he figured out how to explore the world (including making friends at the local dog park!).<br/><br/>Despite his unusual start, Bartok is incredibly kind, gentle, and loving. He’s friendly with people and does well with other dogs, especially those closer to his size who can match his playful energy.<br/><br/>Bartok walks nicely on leash and is quiet and well-behaved in his kennel. He’s still working on his house training skills, as he hasn’t had much consistency before — but he’s young, smart, and eager to learn with a patient, committed home.<br/><br/>This sweet boy is ready to trade trailer life for couch cuddles, structure, and the security of a family who will truly include him.
