Barry's Story

If you can't take your eyes off of this Barry, it's because his beautiful eyes and engaging smile just draw you in and melt your heart. You, and apparently all the volunteers and staff who've met him. He's been called a fan fave, a perfect little hippo, a real gentleman. One noted that his good manners make him worthy of a royal family. We're not sure about that, but we know this handsome boy is calm, quiet and loving. He takes treats gently and walks easily on leash. Barry is sweet, affectionate and loves to give kisses. If given the chance, he'll even sit in your lap! If you think Barry sounds just too good to be true, come meet him and see for yourself!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org. Interested in fostering a dog in need? Join our foster team here: https://wcras.volunteermatrix.com/fostering then click "New Foster Registration." We always welcome your dogs to come and visit our dogs, too! We will see you at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626.
