He was rescued by our Animal Law Enforcement team in rough shape, but thanks to lots of care, love, and time, he’s made an incredible turnaround - and now he’s ready to find his forever home.<br/><br/>At first, Barry can be a little shy, but once he warms up, his joyful spirit shines. One of his volunteer friends said it best, “He’s probably the happiest shelter dog I’ve ever met!” He’s full of love and gratitude, and every tail wag feels like his way of saying thank you.<br/><br/>Barry is looking for a patient family who will help him continue building his confidence and give him the space to fully come out of his shell.
