Barrett-Urgent Foster Needed!

Barrett was adopted when he was a puppy from our rescue but unfortunately Barrett's owner has had a drastic and unexpected change in her situation creating a difficult circumstance wherein Barrett is unfortunately crated for many more hours than intended The owner is extremely anxious to help get him into a better situation. He is a young dog and has had some training but mostly needs someone who give him a lot more time, attention, and exercise as she has to be gone for 10-12 hours per day. Unfortunately, now Barrett needs to be crated because he wants to play with her 13 year old dog and they cannot be left unsupervised for that long. He's a very handsome and smart Doberman mix with a sweet personality who needs exercise and attention and a new owner who is dedicated to continue his training. He is developing anxiety due to his circumstances and being left alone in a crate for so long. Currently he does not live with any children but more mature children would be ok to avoid anyone being knocked over. Barrett is a good dog that would be fine with a dog of similar energy and size. He enjoys the outdoors and also likes to curl up on the couch with you. He weighs approximately 80 pounds. We need a new foster home or adoptive home for him as soon as possible. Birthdate 3/30/25
