Little Barney is an adorably cute little fella’ who looks mostly like a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel blend. He’s a very charming little one who is full grown at about 20 pounds.<br/><br/>Barney Google is two years old, completely housebroken, extremely quiet, not the tiniest bit aggressive, and very mellow and calm and intolerant.<br/><br/>I’m posting Barney a special needs because although he is perfectly healthy physically Barney must have experienced some serious trauma in his young life and he’s the most timid dog I’ve ever fostered in 30+ years of doing rescue.<br/><br/>Barney needs a very quiet home. He would do fine with another dog or two but to come out of his shell, he will need a lot of TLC in a very peaceful and quiet environment. I can picture him doing best in a home with perhaps an older person or a stay-at-home family where he can sit on the couch or on your lap and get used to love and affection and peace.<br/><br/>Of course, Barney is neutered and up-to-date on all of his shots and is perfectly healthy. I have his medical records to pass on to his forever home.<br/><br/>Barney will certainly tug it your heart strings – his big hazel eyes and his calm pleading-for-love expression just calls out for love.<br/><br/>I am a firm believer is having potential adopters take a pup home for a “sleepover” to see how your family, your other pets, and your new best buddy all get along.
