Barney Ask to Meet! In Foster!

Barney is currently in a loving foster home and not at the shelter. <br/><br/>Barney, Male, 5 years old, 69 pounds <br/><br/>Meet Barney!<br/>This handsome 5 year old gentleman has just arrived from a partner rescue in the hopes of finding a loving home. Barney is a friendly, playful, active dog. He absolutely LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to play fetch! And- he equally enjoys just spending time with people. Snuggles throughout the day would be top on his to-do list!<br/><br/>Barney is dog friendly and super smart, too. He knows- sit, down, stay and it’s evident that someone loved this guy very much previously. With his enthusiastic play style, older children would be best (12+). <br/>Barney is ready to snuggle his way right into your home today! Let’s make his shelter stay a short one, come adopt Barney today!<br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. <br/><br/>If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.<br/><br/>Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
