He can be anxious and doesn't seem like he's had consistent training, so he’ll need a patient adopter who can give him structure and time to settle in.<br/>Despite everything he’s been through, Barney is a sweet, sensitive dog who just wants to feel safe and loved. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
