Barnabas's Story

Barnabas was surrendered to a shelter in TX. He was terrified there always hiding his head. A foster stepped up and we were able to get him out that scared place. He is now doing better but still is very slow trusting humans. The foster believes he must have been hit or beaten by a human, even if she just lifts her arm to adjust her sun glasses while out doors he cowers and hits the ground. He LOVES dogs, this is his SAFE place. He must go to a home with friendly dogs and a patient human that will give him time to learn that he will not be hurt.
