Banjo's Story

Why choose me?

Banjo and Thea are best friends and get along great. Banjo is shyer than his sister, so being with her outside in an interaction pen helped ease his worries. They're well-mannered, good-looking dogs. Thea is a master of fetch, so while we played, Banjo was happy to hang out in the shade. His former owner said Banjo can be active but also enjoys naps and chill time, so he chilled while Thea played. Both are house trained, crate trained, and great with other dogs and kids. Banjo also does well with cats. They sit on command and are good dogs who are easy to be with.

You can read more about this dog and check out additional photos here: https://www.accgov.com/9482/Dogs

The adoption fees, shelter schedule, a description of the rescue and adoption process, and a list of included vetting can be found at https://athenspets.net/adoption-rescue-process.

This dog is available for adoption through Athens-Clarke County Animal Services, located at 125 Buddy Christian Way, Athens, GA.
