Bandit's Story

Bandit is a 3-4 year old male white German Shepard mix. He did not have a fair start in life. As a puppy, he was in a home that was severely abusive. He ended up on his own living in a vineyard and surviving on small animals. WAR was able to trap him and under their steady and loving care, he has developed into one of the sweetest and loving dogs on the rescue. He can even bark "I love you"! Because Bandit has been let down by many humans in his life, he needs to be with a family willing to be patient and build trust with him. The person willing to provide him that love and patience will ultimately see what we have seen...a loving, loyal, and protective companion. All you have to do is look into this boy's eyes and see his sweet smile to see know Bandit's. He is an escape artist, so will need to have secure fencing and a kennel/crate for him when he is unattended, particularly while he is adjusting to his new home.

If you are interested in meeting or fostering Bandit, please visit the Wilton Animal Rescue website and complete an adoption application.

https://wiltonanimalrescue.com/adoption-application/
