Bandit's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bandit! He is a male Great Pyrenees puppy, nearly 3 months old and weighs about 27lbs - a little bigger than his siblings. We expect him to be around 80+ fully grown. He is brave, playful, and a big napper.

Bandit is a little more independent than his littermates. He is brave and will walk around on his own to explore. His favorite place to nap is on the cold floors.

He loves toys and ripping them apart. He will try nipping at your fingers and toes too.

Bandit loves playing with his siblings and will chomp his teeth when he gets really excited. He is curious with new dogs. He is still learning how to be gentle with cats and will chase them.

Currently he is cautious with new people when they reach down to pet him, if they follow he will run and hide under the coffee table. Proper socialization with lots of treats would be very helpful for him to grow up confident.

He is mostly house trained, still has 1-2 accidents inside per week. Bandit is not a fan of the crate, he will howl and cry at first but calms down pretty quickly. He will try to resist on the leash if he doesn't want to go the same direction. He does great in the car. And he did really well in the tub getting a bath!

Bandit is currently in a foster home in DFW area of Texas. We do adopt out of state, however adopters must arrange their own transport as we do not provide any. Bandit must go to a home with another dog to play and teach manners. His adoption fee is $300.
