Meet Bambi.<br/><br/>Bambi's story began at the El Paso Animal Services, where she was born in December 2016. She was adopted as a puppy, but nearly nine years later, she was found as a stray and returned to the same place where her life started.<br/><br/>She spent months waiting there until one person stopped, saw her, and chose to give her another chance. That moment is what brought Bambi to us in August 2025.<br/><br/>Since then, she has done the hard work of healing. She came to us with medical needs and uncertainty, and today she is a happy, healthy dog who is ready for a home again.<br/><br/>Bambi is a 10-year-old Shepherd and Terrier mix, about 42 lbs, with a calm and steady presence.
