Athletic and agile, this impressive boy even boasts an incredible vertical leap that will leave you wondering if he's secretly part kangaroo!<br/><br/>While Balto loves attention from his people, he's not the type of dog who wants to spend all day snuggled on the couch. He prefers quality one-on-one time with his favorite humans, whether that's exploring the outdoors, playing with toys, or simply hanging out nearby. He's very much still a pup and continues to learn the world around him with enthusiasm and curiosity.<br/><br/>Balto is crate trained and thrives on structure and routine. With a consistent schedule, he does very well in the home and has only occasional accidents. He's a smart boy who enjoys knowing what's expected of him.<br/><br/>Balto gets along with other dogs but appreciates having his personal space respected. He would do best with calm, dog-savvy canine companions who understand boundaries and aren't constantly in his face. Because of his prey drive and love of chasing critters, Balto is not a fit for homes with cats or other small animals. Because of his energy level and impressive agility, Balto will need a securely fenced 6-foot yard, or a commitment to multiple daily leash walks and exercise opportunities.<br/><br/>Balto is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, on preventatives and READY for his forever home.<br/><br/>Balto is looking for an active family who will embrace his energetic personality, continue his training, and provide the physical and mental enrichment he craves.
