Balto was in danger of being euthanized due to overcrowding at the animal shelter. He was rescued and had been in boarding since. He wants a home and a family of his own,, so badly.<br/><br/>He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines and he is heartworm negative. Balto appears to be a herding dog mixes with Akita and Amercian Staffordshire Terrier. He has a beautiful curly tail and thick ruff on his neck. He’s a little timid with some new folks but warms up to giving sugar pretty quick. At just over 40 lbs he’s a good size for both a house mate and hiking buddy.<br/><br/>He's house trained, crate trained, and quiet.
