Balsam is anything but just a tree. This 9-10 month old boy had a rough start but is living it up in the best way. He will be neutered and is up to date on vaccines prior to his adoption. His adoption fee is $750. He would love another dog in his adoptable home. He will require basic obedience within 6 months of adoption.
