Baja Blast's Story

Hi, I'm Baja Blast! I started out pretty scared and unsure, but it didn't take long for my foster family to see just how much love and trust I have to give. One of the biggest things that helped me come out of my shell was their young dog-I bonded with her almost immediately and really look to her for reassurance when something feels new or scary. Because other dogs give me so much confidence, I'd really love a home with a playful canine companion who can help show me the ropes! Once I'm comfortable with my humans, I'm sweet, curious, playful, and pretty darn funny. I'm still figuring out normal dog things, including how couches work (I may have accidentally fallen off one a few times!), and right now I tend to think just about anything could be a toy. I'll need some continued work on my basic manners with plenty of positive reinforcement and appropriate things to chew and play with. I enjoy daily walks, playing outside, splashing around in water, and especially playing with other dogs. I'm a medium-energy guy who can have a blast playing and then settle down at home. I may need a little patience when we first meet, but give me a few days, a dog friend, and the chance to feel safe, and you'll get to see what a lovable, goofy boy I really am!

3159 Susquehanna Trail N
York PA 17406 Kennel #3537
