Bailey's Story

Please meet Bailey! Bailey and his three sisters have found themselves in search of a forever home to call their own. Bailey has been vetted, neutered, microchipped, and has received a clean bill of health from our vet. He is now ready to make his way home to you! Read on for Bailey's story, and for instructions on how to request an application to add him to your family! Please also check out his sisters listings as well!

Here's what we know about BAILEY:

- Bailey and his sisters were born on March 10th 2026, making them about 6.5 months old now. Bailey weighs @ 40lbs, and will likely top out somewhere in the 50lb range.

- Bailey's mom was a corgi terrier, and dad was a beagle. Bailey and his sisters found themselves surrendered to our rescue after their mom unfortunately passed away after giving birth to them, and their family was not able to financially care for four additional pups. Bailey and his siblings have since been thriving in rescue, and have really awesome dispositions.

- Foster mom reports that all 4 pups are super well rounded and affectionate. All love to play and interact with everyone they meet. Bailey gives hugs and kisses and loves to cuddle!

- Bailey has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccines. Our vet has given him a clean bill of health as well.

- Even though Bailey is still young he is doing great with house training and crate training. He's working on leash walking as a gentleman should, and his new family should be equipped to continue his training to help him become the best dog he can be. He is very smart and to please, so we know he will master everything in no time.

- Bailey loves other dogs and enjoys playing with them at foster mom's house. He would do just fine as the only dog, but certainly wouldn't mind a doggy playmate of his own too!

- Bailey loves kids, and he and his sisters have had tons of exposure to kids of all ages. He would love to grow up alongside some human brothers and sisters, especially if there was lots of yard playtime and fun games of fetch!

- We are not sure how he is with cats, but if the cat in his future home is dog savvy, he should do just fine! He is young enough that he could learn to co-habit nicely.

What we love about Bailey: He is perfect family dog!

Is Bailey the one for you? He's got is doggie bags packed and is ready to make his way home to you!

His adoption fee is $400.00, which covers all of his vetting and care up to the point of adoption.

If interested, please reach out to Brittany @ brittany.pacne@gmail.com, and she will break down the adoption process for you and send you an application link!

*Paws & Claws New England, a/k/a Paws and Claws Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization made up of volunteers and fosters who devote their time and love to help save homeless dogs and cats.
