Bailey's Story
Bailey arrived at the shelter as a surrender. She was also pregnant. She went on to have 7 puppies that have thrived and recently found their forever homes. Bailey appears to be a Labrador/Wirehaired Terrier mix but we don't know for sure. We will have a better idea very soon because someone who adopted one of her pups generously donated a DNA kit for Bailey. We are excited to see the results! Bailey is approximately 2 years old and deserves a forever home of her own. She is very shy when first meeting someone but once she warms up; she will be your best friend. She seems to like other dogs and we were told that she has lived with cats and children. We think a quiet home would be best for Bailey to allow her time to come out of her shell. Please call the shelter to learn more about her or stop by any afternoon to meet her. Please note that it may take several visits with her to earn her trust. We promise that Bailey will be worth it!
