We have the potential adopter fill out an extensive application, we verify if they own their property, if they do not own their property we contact the landlord to get permission, we contact their veterinary clinic to confirm all animals are sterilized, up to date on all vaccines, and on flea and heartworm prevention, and we require a nationwide criminal background check before any application is approved.
