What is Oats & Goats Rescue Inc.’s adoption process?

Potential adopters must first complete an adoption application on our website. Upon reviewing the application, if we feel that the home is a good potential fit, we would then invite the applicant to meet via video call to go over the adoption process in more detail and address any questions we (or the applicant) may have. Following the video call, the next steps in our adoption screening process would include calling references and conducting a home check. Meet and greets are required for all members of the household, especially if other animals live in the home, to ensure that it is the right fit.
