He is excellent with our toddler. Bailey is indoor only and loves to take long walks. He is completely housebroken. He is a dog park kind of guy but he does take a minute to loosen up and have fun. Bloomington Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Adopters must be 18 years of age or older and provide a valid ID at the time of adoption. Adopters should account for at least one hour to visit the animal(s) they are interested in, fill out an application, complete adoption counseling, and sign paperwork. On high traffic days, this process may take longer.
