Bailey's Story

Meet Bailey! She is a 7-month-old Cattle dog mix. Her mom is said to be heeler mix and father was a traveling salesman. She is a very affectionate dog and is good with other dogs, cats and horses! However, true to her breed, she will heel the calves and sheep.

Bailey listens well with decent recall and walks fairly well on leash. She has medium energy but will get zoomies, especially in the evenings outside. She does well in the house or yard with company and would love to have another dog buddy to play with and learn from. She will jump fences if left alone but also stays close to home without a fence.

Bailey does settle in the house and is house broken and crate trained. She sleeps through the night in her crate and often she just chills in her crate during the day with the door open. She knows how to use the doggy door.

She has not been tested around children. She still has a propensity to jump up on people, so we would not recommend her to families with small children.

Bailey is being fostered in Plush, Oregon. Bailey weighs about 35 lbs. She is up to date on her vaccinations and has been spayed, wormed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400. If you are pre-approved and interested in adopting Bailey, please contact the adoption team at hunahapps@gmail.com.
