Meet Bailey, a sweet 3 year old Shiba Inu who is a small dog with a big, foxy attitude! Weighing in at 41 pounds, this ancient Japanese breed is renowned for being less like a typical, eager-to-please dog and more like a dignified, independent cat that happens to love walks. Shibas are known to be escape artists but are also very loyal to their owners forming very strong bonds with them. Bailey is a fun loving, easy to walk dog. <br/><br/>Bailey would do best in a somewhat quieter home with older children that will respect him (13+) or adults only. He would do best with someone with some experience owning dogs as well. <br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
