Bailey has ONE birthday wish... and it comes with a couch...<br/> <br/>Hi, I’m Bailey! I’m gonna be 2 years old in September, and I’d really love to find a person or family who can love me forever. That’s my only wish!<br/><br/>And did I mention I’m a pretty little guy? I’m full-grown and weigh in at just 10 pounds — the perfect size for adventures, couch snuggles, and tagging along with my favorite people. <br/><br/>My perfect day looks something like this:<br/><br/> Run through the grass doing ridiculous zoomies<br/> Play until I’m good and tired<br/> Go for a car ride — I LOVE riding along and I’m a great little passenger!<br/> Then climb onto the couch and snuggle with my people<br/><br/>I’m a playful, affectionate pup who gets along with most other dogs and cats, and I absolutely love being part of the action.<br/><br/>There’s just one thing missing...<br/><br/>I’ve never really had the stable forever home every dog deserves.<br/><br/>Because my life was a little unsettled in the beginning, I started thinking I needed to be the boss.<br/><br/>I was completely wrong. <br/><br/>I did have an incident in the past where I bit my foster, so my people made sure I got the help I needed. I went off to “school,” learned my commands and some important manners, and I’ve worked really hard to become the good boy I am today.<br/><br/>Now I just need a person or family who will keep that going.<br/><br/>My forever person or family doesn’t have to be a professional dog trainer — they just need to be willing to learn the commands I already know, give me consistency and structure, and help me remember that I don’t have to be in charge anymore.<br/><br/>Trust me...being in charge is exhausting. I’d much rather be doing zoomies. <br/><br/>Because of my history, a home without young children would be the best fit for me.<br/><br/>What I’m really looking for is pretty simple:<br/><br/>A person or family to call my own.<br/>A routine.<br/>A couch.<br/>Some grass for zoomies.<br/>A seat in the car when you’re headed somewhere fun. <br/>And the chance to finally know that when my person or family says “Bailey, you’re home,” they mean forever. <br/><br/> Think you could make my birthday wish come true?<br/><br/>Whaddya say we meet up and see how it goes?
