Bailey's Story

Bailey here!!

I’m a cheerful, playful, and super friendly pup—around 10–11 weeks old—and I’m so excited to meet you! I recently made my way to New Jersey and am settling into a loving foster home where I’m being spoiled with yummy treats, nutritious meals, and lots of snuggles (my favorite!). As my foster family learns more about me, they’ll keep sharing updates—but here’s what they already know:
One word to describe me? Sweet. I’m also very curious about the world around me! For such a young puppy, I’m actually pretty calm—I do get my bursts of puppy zoomies, but then I’m happy to settle down for a long nap. I’m great with people and other dogs, and I absolutely love climbing into your lap for cuddles. Belly rubs? Yes, please!

I enjoy playing with balls, and I’m already learning how to walk on a leash, along with house training and basic commands like “sit” and “down.” I’m also a great little traveler and do well in the car.

Some of my cutest quirks? I love falling asleep on cozy, unexpected الأشياء like kids’ backpacks and laundry baskets. I’m truly the sweetest puppy who’s happy to go along with whatever you’re doing. I’m not a big barker—I’d much rather be close to my people, cuddling and hanging out.

I came from an overcrowded shelter in Mississippi with my siblings, and now I’m ready for a fresh start with a forever family who will love me as much as I’ll love them. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion to share your days (and your couch!), I might just be your perfect match. I can’t wait to meet you!

If you have a furever home for this pet, please e-mail Furever Home Dog Rescue at FureverHomeDogRescue@gmail.com and request an adoption application.

The breed and age of this pet is listed as is our best guess. We have no background info on who the mom and dad are.

Please note we do not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be left alone all day.

We do not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported here to NJ.

Please read our homepage www.fhdr.petfinder.com to read how the adoption process works. And, please visit Furever Home Dog Rescue's homepage www.FureverHomeDogRescue.com to see some of our many reviews. Thank you!
