Bailey's Story

Bailey is a sweet, calm, ten-year young, long hair terrier/chi, male, who weighs 13lbs. He doesnt feel 13lbs since he is a short little guy. Bailey was rescued from a shelter. Upon intake, Bailey has very bad skin infections and definitely needs some TLC. The shelter asked for some help with the is little boy. His personality is amazing and he is a total love bug. Bailey will be seeing our rescue vet for his skin issues. This little guy would be an easy foster as he is so well behaved. Would love to get him into a foster for some extra love and attention. <br/><br/>One other thing that is so exciting about Bailey joining our rescue. Bailey is our #500 dog. Yes, in 2.5 years, our rescue team has saved 500 dogs. This is a huge milestone. Our first 500!! What an extraordinary team. Thank you.

They complete application and it reviewed.They are contacted by Rescued Hearts and converse about the dog. Home visit is scheduled to make sure of safe environment, see if current pets are compatible.. If approved they will pay adoption fee. If something happens and they cannot keep pet, they will return to us.
