Bagheera

Meet Bagheera! <br/><br/>Positives: Bagheera is a sweet boy, very friendly and really enjoys spending time with people. He’s a total cuddle bug and loves the jump on the couch with you to hang out. We suspect that he will become a Velcro with his new people as he likes to follow around our volunteers. He’s playful, gets along well with other dogs and currently lives with multiple. He hasn’t shown any signs of resource guarding with food or toys when he’s around other dogs or people. We also haven’t seen any signs of aggression. He has good listening skills and is a very trainable boy. He would make a great outdoor activity partner and hiking buddy as he LOVES being outside for his walks. He’s young and can still keep up with big outdoor adventures. He’s a typical husky mix, likes to yell a bit and has that signature husky voice of an angel. His new people will need to understand he can be dramatic and will literally tell you how he feels. Through training with our volunteers, he also walks very well on a leash. He will pull a little bit at the beginning of his walk until he poops and then he walks like a dream! <br/><br/>Things he needs support on: He’s an active breed mix and will need someone who can provide him with the mental and physical stimulation he needs to thrive. He can become a bit anxious in crowded environments such as farmers markets and would do best hanging out at home. We expect he will need time to decompress, settle into his new routine and come out of his shell.
