BAGBY in AZ

Bagby is a conundrum sometimes a sweet old boy who appears to have been someone&#39;s baby at one time: reliably housetrained, knows several commands; follows me everywhere and accepts pets; but appears to have been deeply affected by his life on the streets, finding his food, protecting himself night and day. He must be sedated for grooming and if surprised, in pain or handled for exams/grooming - he will react.
