Bae (GA)'s Story

Bae is a 3 year old Treeing Walker girl waiting in northwest Georgia for a new home after she was saved from a horribly abusive home when her owner was arrested. That was the best day of Bae's life! Now in good weight at 65 lbs, her physical and emotional transformation has been nothing less than astonishing. Bae is housetrained and cratetrained and seems to really enjoy her soft dog bed. Bae loves to spend time sitting next to her foster parents while they work at their desks, flipping their hand on her head so they can stroke her. She adores massages and will melt with the touch. Bae gets along with the other hounds in her foster home, but she doesn't seem to need the company of another dog to be happy so the life of a solo dog would suit her well. NO cats, please. Bae has a great internal clock and will sing to remind her foster parents that it’s mealtime because Bae doesn't ever want to miss a meal again! She thoroughly enjoys having her nose to the ground and baying at any little thing that wiggles, so she may be best suited to a rural lifestyle with someone that loves the hound voice.
