Bada-Boom's Story

Meet Bada-Boom!

Bada-Boom may have had a rough start, but you'd never know it from his happy-go-lucky attitude! This sweet black bully mix is full of puppy joy, tail wags, and optimism, no matter what life has thrown his way.

When Bada-Boom arrived at the shelter, he was suffering from a broken leg. Thanks to surgery and lots of TLC, he's well on the road to recovery and can't wait to leave his past behind and start his next adventure with a family of his own.

Sadly, Bada-Boom has a few things working against him when it comes to finding a home. Black dogs are often overlooked, bully breeds can wait longer for adopters, and recovering from a medical injury can make people hesitant. But here's the thing—Bada-Boom doesn't know any of that. He just knows that every person he meets might be his person.

He's still just a puppy with his whole life ahead of him. He deserves to learn what it's like to have a cozy bed, a yard to explore, toys scattered across the living room, and a family who loves him unconditionally. We know the odds may be stacked against him, but we also know there's someone out there who will see past the labels and fall in love with the incredible dog he is.

Let's make sure Bada-Boom doesn't have to grow up in a shelter. He has already overcome so much—now all he needs is someone to give him the happy ending he's been waiting for. Could that someone be you?

Please note: Information about our dogs is based on observations while in our care and any history available to HATS. We cannot guarantee how a dog will behave in a new environment or with children, other dogs, cats, or other animals. Adopters are responsible for appropriate supervision, training, management, and safe introductions. HATS encourages adopters to educate themselves on responsible dog handling and seek professional training or behavioral guidance when needed.
