Our goal for pet adoptions is to select the best-suited match between an animal and an adopter. This process helps us maintain a very low return rate.   Our team uses a matchmaking process to ensure each animal adopted will be matched to the most compatible new owner. During this process, we review any medical or behavioral information relevant to the animal, review services available to adopters, and explain our policies.
