Axel

Axel was surrendered by his family when they moved away. We are still getting to know him, but we have some background him. Axel lived with a child and did fine. He is very good in the car and walks well on leash. Axel still has a ton of energy, as he is only a year old and of course has some mellowing to do. He is excitable, cuddly, friendly, and affectionate. He loves toys! The faster he can destroy them the better he likes them! Axel is also house broken and crate trained, which is awesome. We have noticed since he has been here that he is showing signs of separation anxiety. Is it because he has lost his home? We aren't sure, but at this point we would say Axel would do best in a home where he has a lot of one on one attention. This will absolutely help build his confidence and make him feel secure.
