Avery's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Avery is the cutest rat terrier mix! She is almost a year and a half old. Her ears are adorable! She is crate trained and house trained. She walks on a leash well, but would love to have a fenced in yard. She is up to date on vaccinations and spayed. She does great with other dogs as long as they are ok with her energy. She is good with middle school age children and older.

Hearts for Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our adoption goal is for lifetime placement in the best choice home for both our dogs and the adoptive families. Our adoption process includes an adoption application from which we will call a vet reference to verify past/current pets have been kept up-to-date on all health care/vacciantions as well as spayed/neutered and we will do a home visit as needed.
