Ava would like to be the only pet in the home, but she does great with kids! She is crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and knows some basic commands! She is also fixed, up to date on vaccines, HW negative and on preventatives, and microchipped! For The Sake of Being Humane's Adoption Policy

For EVERY adoption we require an approved application (which includes a vet reference), a meet and greet with the potential adopters current dogs/children/family members, submission of pictures of the applicants home and yard, a contract signing, and an adoption fee. The adoption is finalized usually after the meet and greet (which usually only takes 30mins). We do offer Foster-to-adopt scenarios for some adoptions that we want to make sure are going to work out before finalizing things!
