Autumn's Story

If you're looking for a little companion with a playful side and a heart full of love, Autumn might just be your girl!
Autumn is an approximately 5-year-old Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix weighing in at a petite 10 pounds. She's proof that good things come in small packages!
This little lady still has plenty of spunk left in her! She loves playing chase with the other dogs in her foster home and enjoys a good game of tag around the yard. But Autumn also knows how to slow things down. Sometimes you'll find her stretched out in a sunny spot, soaking up those warm rays and enjoying the simple things in life.
And when the day is winding down? Autumn is more than happy to curl up beside you for a good movie. Pop some popcorn, grab a blanket, and she's ready for a cozy night in!
Autumn came to us from a hoarding situation involving 44 dogs. Because of her past, she's still learning some of the things that come naturally to many family pets. She's working on leash training and learning to potty outside, and her foster family is helping her build those skills one day at a time. She does use potty pads, too!
Autumn will need a patient family willing to continue helping her learn and adjust to life outside the environment she's known. In return, you'll get a sweet little girl with a playful personality, a sunny disposition, and plenty of love to share.
Sometimes the best thing we can give a dog isn't just a home, but the time, patience, and love to discover just how wonderful life can be. Autumn is ready for that next chapter!
Could you be the sunshine Autumn has been waiting for?
Autumn is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, on flea and tick prevention and micro-chipped. $245 rescue adoption fee applies If you would like an adoption application and to set up a meet and greet, E-Mail or call or text Lori at: 760-680-3713 Located in Anderson, Mo.
