Autumn's Story
Autumn - Female - Young
Born Approx Dec 2024
22 kgs (Fall 2025) / 23” tall

Hi, I’m Autumn! I was born around December 2024, which makes me just over a year old. My humans think I’m a shepherd–husky mix. Do you have a minute? I may need a little time to warm up. I’m truly one of the sweetest pups you’ll ever meet—I just need a chance to learn that I can trust you. My trust in humans grows a little more every day, and once I feel safe, friendship comes quickly.

If you put me with another dog, we’ll play for hours—I absolutely love canine companions and would be happiest in a home with a dog who can help show me the ropes and boost my confidence. I’ve also lived with a toddler, and my favorite part was treat time, especially when he set them on the ground for me (I always waited politely before taking them). My crate is my safe space, and I truly love it—I sleep there at night and happily relax in it during the day while my foster parent is at work, no questions asked. I enjoy going for walks with my harness and leash, I ride well in the car, and am learning to explore new places with more confidence each day. I’m also receiving some medication to help support my nervous system, and my foster family would be happy to talk more about that.

My ideal forever home is a calm, loving place with another dog and a family who has the patience and time to let me open up on my own terms. If you have patience and endless love to give, I’d really love to meet you—on my terms, of course. Xoxo, Autumn

Adoption fee is $295.00. She is spayed, dewormed, microchipped and current on vaccines.
