Austin's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. How to Adopt

Austin is a handsome 7.5-year-old husky with a soft, fluffy black-and-white coat and striking blue eyes. He’s incredibly loving and affectionate with his people and truly enjoys human companionship.

Austin is both house trained and leash trained. Like many huskies, he has a strong prey drive, so he’ll need close supervision around small animals. He would do best in a home without cats, birds, or other small pets, and he’ll require a secure 6-foot fence to keep him safe.

Currently, Austin is living in a kennel. While this is a step up from the shelter, it’s still a stressful environment—surrounded by many other dogs with limited time to play and relax in a yard.
