Austin was a bit shy at first, but has really come out of his shell. He is delightfully gentle and<br/><br/>is thriving. Austin is treat-motivated, which is helpful with training. He is cooperative and willing on leash, and he is learning to interact with new people. Austin soaks up kindness and has a lot of fun running and playing with his new dog friends.<br/><br/>Austin needs a similar-size dog friend in his new home, and a private, adjacent backyard to run and play. His sister, Marla, found her new family weeks ago so it is Austin's turn!<br/><br/>Austin will be placed in the Phoenix metro area, for proximity to our rescue (home checks, follow up visits, visit to finalize adoption) and for access to our veterinarian.
