<p>Austin is a precious pup with a story that tugs at the heartstrings. Sadly left in a crate with only a bowl of water, this little trooper was rescued by compassionate individuals who brought him to us in hopes of finding him his perfect home. He was in a home briefly and was excited to become a permanent part of the family, but unfortunately the resident dog in the home did not want a new sibling and was not welcoming to poor Austin. We're told Austin is great with kids aged 9 and up and gets along well with other dogs (he's just a pup, so naturally is the case). He is a fantastic student and is making great strides in housetraining - with prompting, he knows exactly what to do! His breed is a guess, but we think with his dashing red looks, we think she has some Pit and Rhodesian Ridgeback in him! He's been vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
