Meet Augusta, a charming and enthusiastic 1.5-year-old female who recently made the journey all the way from Spokane! Because of her high prey drive, Augusta will thrive best in a home free of cats and small critters, but she is a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs, eagerly engaging in spirited games of tug-of-war and happily sharing her toys. Walks are one of her absolute favorite activities, made all the more adorable by her endearing habit of carrying a stuffed toy in her mouth the entire way. With her strong food motivation and eager-to-please attitude, Augusta is a joy to train and ready to learn just about anything you are willing to teach her.

Adoption rates are as follows: Adult dogs (includes a rabies shot/voucher) – $140 Puppies (up to 12 months, includes rabies shot/voucher) – $150 Adult Cats – $85 Kittens (up to 12 months) – $95 Barn cats – $65 Rabbits – $15 Guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters – $10 Seniors 55 and over adopting a senior critter over 7 years old is FREE with approved adoption application!!! Adoption application is available on our website at bitterroothumane.org
