Auggie's Story
This fluffy-haired boy is Auggie 🤍 At just a year old and around 40 lbs, this handsome guy is guessed to be an Aussie mix with both the looks and the personality to match.

Auggie is still very much a puppy and didn’t have much structure or training before coming into rescue. But in his foster home, he has absolutely blossomed into a confident, playful, goofy boy who is full of life and love.

Toys are his absolute favorite — especially squeaky ones. He’ll happily entertain himself with a squeaker as long as you let him. And when playtime is over? He’ll rest his fluffy toys under his chin like a pillow. It’s as adorable as it sounds. He politely greets the cats in his foster home and then moves along without much fuss. Auggie is good with other dogs, but due to his energy would do best with another playful pup who can match him.

Auggie is working hard on household manners and structure. He’s not a big fan of the crate yet, but he’s slowly making progress. He does great going potty outside on a schedule. When he first arrived, he was underweight and covered in burrs and mats, but he handled his bath and brushing like a champ. He’s steadily filling out now and looking more beautiful every day.

Auggie is on the more active side and, being young, will thrive in a structured home committed to helping him grow into his very best self. With consistency, exercise, and love, he’s going to make an incredible companion.

Neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on vaccines — Auggie is ready for his next chapter and a family to call his own.

Adoption App:
https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/40532/generic
