Audrey's Story

Audrey is a Shepherd/Lab mix. She is tan and black with white on her chest. and is about 2 12 years old. She weighs 70 lbs.

She is a spayed female, up to date on her vaccinations, and is potty-trained.

Audrey is a medium-energy dog who is great on the leash. She has some hesitation when getting into a car, but once she’s in, she sits and relaxes or lays down. She is crate-trained and sleeps there at night. She likes toys, but usually wants one when someone else is playing with one! Audrey loves playing with dogs and wants all of them to be her friend. She would benefit from a home with another dog.

Audrey will also need a six-foot fence so that she can play safely when outside, and is definitely not an apartment dog as she loves the outdoors, and loves playing in water. She currently has a doggie pool and loves splashing and sitting in it.

She also loves her treats. She has several different kinds: little snacks, a stuffed bone or Kong during times you want her to keep herself busy. She also loves her Woof ball; that's another thing that keeps her busy. She indulges in occasional zoomies during the day, but then calms down and is happy to sit with her person.

If you want to meet Audrey, please note that she is in Northeast Los Angeles County. Meetings can be set up to meet her. Contact her foster, Kathy, by calling or texting (818) 322-8059 or email calfornia@aol.com (please note California is NOT spelled like the state. It is CALFORNIA – the first ‘i’ is missing in the name.)
