Au Gratin's Story

Au Gratin with the satiny ears! She is estimated to be about ten weeks old and came into rescue when her owners abandoned her mom and litter when they moved. Her mom is Snowbelle, a 35-lb mixed breed (we think German Shepherd). Her dad is unknown but maybe he is a small breed as she and a few of her siblings have short legs. We estimate she will be medium sized when full grown. She's currently in AL but will be coming to Maine in mid-November.

If you think you might be interested in adopting Au Gratin or just want to get pre-approved to adopt through us, please fill out an application on our website. Our Mission
Hi, I’m Charlie. This dog rescue organization is named after me. My sister and I were in cages, sleeping on a cold concrete floor and getting lousy food. It was crowded, dirty, very scary and they had to make room because more dogs were coming. If we hadn’t been rescued, things would not have ended well for us. Some...
