Atticus

Atticus is a handsome hunk/chunk of a pit bull with a big head and an even bigger heart. Atticus made his way to PFP after a serious injury that could have meant his end. He powered through and lived to be the sweet soul he is now. <br/><br/>Atticus loves everyone he meets. He sits nicely for pets and head rubs. He takes treats so gently! <br/><br/>Atticus’s dream day is a short walk, a snooze, a snack, a snack, a snack, and a some snuggles on the couch. He would do best with a family that is looking to relax and snuggle. Atticus is a sweet and laid back guy. He's not really here to do lots of tricks, unless you count napping as a trick, but he sometimes will respond to “give me paw”.<br/><br/>This is the kind of dog that has been through so much and yet wants all of the love. He loves head rubs (especially on his scars) and snuggles. The best kind of family for him is one that will let him snuggle and chew on a good bone. The family should also have a sizable paper towel collection because he shows his love with drool! <br/><br/>Atticus naps through nail trims.
