Meet Atlas! This 5 year old beautiful boy is looking for the perfect home to call his own! When he came to Helping Paws, he lacked a lot of confidence with new people and situations. He's come a long way since then. He still can be nervous with new men, but he lives in a foster home with a man and two teenage boys and their relationship has blossomed! He seems to do better with female dogs and puppies - slow introductions are best. We would not recommend a home with cats. Because of his nervous nature, we will not adopt out to a home with small children. Atlas is housetrained and crate trained, knows basic commands, and has been working on his leash manners. <br/><br/>Atlas' adoption fee is $100 and he will come fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and currently on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
