She was sadly surrendered when a child in her family developed allergies, but through it all, Athena has remained sweet, calm, and ready to give her heart to someone new.<br/>She is wonderful in the home and has excellent manners. Athena is fully potty trained, well behaved indoors, and gets along nicely with other dogs. She is also great with kids and has a patient, easygoing personality that makes her a wonderful family companion.<br/>Athena is in good overall health. She is currently working on losing a few extra pounds and healing some skin allergies, but with proper care and a healthy routine, she is expected to continue doing well.<br/>Athena would do best with:<br/>• A family looking for a calm, well mannered companion<br/>• A home that will support her weight loss and skin care routine<br/>• Other dogs or a family with children<br/>Athena is the kind of dog who settles in quickly and brings quiet comfort and unconditional love to her home.
