In his mind, he’s a lap dog, and he will do his best to prove it every chance he gets.<br/><br/>He is incredibly people-friendly and thrives on attention, happily soaking up affection and companionship. Astro does well with other dogs, though he will benefit from slow, thoughtful introductions as he settles into a new environment. He has a playful, energetic side and loves games like fetch, but he’s just as happy curling up next to you on the couch, content to relax and be near his person.<br/><br/>Astro enjoys car rides, especially watching the world go by through the window, and he already knows how to sit. He’s currently being treated for a double ear infection, but he’s handling it like a champ and will be feeling better in no time.<br/><br/>Astro is the perfect blend of fun and affection — playful when you want to be active, and a loyal cuddle buddy when it’s time to unwind. He’s the kind of dog who bonds quickly and deeply, making it feel like he’s been yours all along.<br/><br/>All he needs now is someone willing to give him that chance.<br/><br/><br/>Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption.
