Shhh! Don't make any sudden moves. I am a little shy - this world is so much bigger than I had ever imagined and it is taking me a little time to adjust. I'm Aster and I am a pure bred Yorkshire Terrier.<br/><br/>My friends here at Emerald City Pet Rescue believe I am about 6 years old. I have been fully vetted, vaccinated and I have a micro chip. I don't know much about things like that yet but it sounds like those are some pretty good things. They tell me that I am named after a flower and that I am going to bloom and continue to be even more special as time goes on. I smile when they say that.... <br/><br/>I am pretty laid back and I love to cuddle. I am good with other dogs my size but I really haven't met other dogs much larger. If they are laid back, I will try really hard. I really want to learn - I want to learn about you, about the world, about consistency and about play.<br/><br/>I bet you can help and then we will be best friends forever.
