Aspen's Story
Everyone meet Aspen! He is a 2–3-year-old Siberian husky. He was saved from a high kill shelter in San Jacinto. His is such a fun boy!
He was with the same family his whole life. Neighbors started calling animal control and reporting neglect and abuse. After three attempts to get the owners to comply he was confiscated from the family. He was completely emaciated. Complete skin and bones. When officers arrived, he had no food, no water and no shelter.
Once he made it to animal control, he was nursed back to health and made available for adoption. Two months in no one was interested and he was listed for euthanasia. One of the supervisors reached out and told his story and begged for help.
Since then, he has come so far! He is now crate trained, potty trained, on leash and off leash trained. He is traveling better in the car. He absolutely loves children. He is good with all female dogs and very submissive males. He is a dominant dog and very pushy with his play style. He cannot be housed with cats. Unfortunately, his prey drive is way too high.

He is being fostered and trained @k9pawzbilities and learning all the best behavior to impress his new forever family!
He is located in Los Angeles and ready to meet his perfect match!
